Terms of Service
Effective date: February 17, 2026. These Terms govern your use of ZenDesk.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ZenDesk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy and Cookie policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be legally allowed to use online services in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate profile information and keep authentication methods secure.
3. Acceptable Use
- No harassment, hate, threats, impersonation, spam, or unlawful conduct.
- No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- No abuse of rooms, chat, friend features, or automation to degrade service.
- You may not reverse engineer or interfere with the platform in ways prohibited by law.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (for example room chat and goals). You grant ZenDesk a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content to operate and improve the service.
5. Virtual Economy and Items
- XP, coins, badges, and shop items are virtual platform features only.
- They have no cash value and are not redeemable for real currency.
- ZenDesk may rebalance progression/economy systems to maintain service integrity.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, legal risk, or operational security reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
ZenDesk software, design, branding, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.
8. Disclaimers
ZenDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenDesk and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
